Large enclosed Flare Towers are being installed in Aurora's well pads in August. They merely "cloak the flare by encasing it in a can - like Lipstick on a Pig. The flare and its emissions are still there. A better way is to perform Vapor Recovery where low pressure vapors can be gathered, compressed, and sent offsite for use as sales gas to power electrical plants or to heat homes.
